CANTIENICA®- Method what is it and for whom is this training method?
The Swiss woman Benita Cantieni developed this training method.
Through targeted exercises, the natural body intelligence in terms of strength,
mobility and lightness is rediscovered and regained.
The goal is to keep the body mobile, pain-free and agile well into old age. This is achieved through targeted training of the deep musculature. This interconnects bones, joints, muscles, tendons, fascia and ligaments, keeps them healthy and tones the figure.
In a short time, the results are noticeable and visible regardless of age and personal fitness. You become more mobile, more upright, more supple and more beautiful.
With the CANTIENICA® - Method, physical complaints can be avoided, alleviated and healed. Complaints of various kinds become less and less.
The list includes:
Poor posture of all kinds: scoliosis, hollow back, rounded back, pelvic obliquity, bow legs, knock knees Consequences of poor posture and muscle weakness: arthrosis, osteoporosis, joint problems, tension pain Organ prolapses, prolapse, weakening of the pelvic floor muscles Incontinence (bladder, bowel), hemorrhoids, prostate enlargement, foot deformities, headaches, migraines up to depression
For the training, form-fitting sportswear and non-slip socks are recommended!
